LANDURA’s Approach to Community Association Management

Living in an HOA community association means taking advantage of the services provided. Again, these can vary from one association to another, but they can include garbage collection, landscaping, snow removal, insurance coverage and common area maintenance.   LANDURA’s management services personally invests in every client on behalf of their community.

Community managers have ample time for 24/7 same-day responses to emergency phone calls and emails, 24 business hour responses to non-emergency phone calls and emails, and the availability to anticipate problems before they arise.

We partner with and educate board members to find solutions to challenges that are facing the association.

Landura has a Senior CMCA Certified Community Association Manager who reviews all meeting minutes, action lists, and management reports. In event that the community manager is absent, this supervisor is familiar with all current association matters to ensure no interruption of services.

Each HOA Board works closely with a community manager to perform daily administrative duties, process architectural applications, and generate all written correspondence to homeowners and vendors.
